HOW CAN I HELP?

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

My intention is to help you to find hope and a way forward, whatever your issues may be.  You will be able to talk about anything in a confidential space, knowing that I will not be judging you or being critical and through this, you will be able to think about new perspectives, new solutions and gain some relief. 

Therapy can seem quite daunting at first but I aim to make you feel welcome and put you at ease.  My clients have commented that having a safe, non-judgmental space has helped them to find new confidence and clarity.  Together we will develop helpful tools for you to take into your daily life.

TYPES OF ISSUES YOU MIGHT BRING

I work with a variety of clients and with a range of difficult circumstances.  I most commonly see people dealing with the issues listed.

  • Panic, anxiety and GAD

  • Anger and frustration

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Caring responsibilities

  • Childhood abuse

  • Depression

  • Low self-esteem

  • Overeating and obesity
